 It is March of 2009 and I am still adjusting to life without my husband, Bill. We enjoyed a fabulous trip to Greece in May of 2007 before he passed away in September, a mere 6 weeks after his cancer diagnosis. In March 2008 I went on an Elderhostel birdwatching trip to Nicaragua and noted that even the folks in their upper 70's were in great physical shape and were fully engaged in life. I now do weekly hikes, 6-8 miles, and last summer I enjoyed two 5-day hiking trips. I stopped working as a Clinical Lab Tech in January 2007 "to spend more time with Bill". I'm not working now but maintaining my license just in case. Analice
